i've got a pair out of an astro i dont think i am going to do anything with.

how good do these springs hold up? and what are they comparable to? i run 2 leafs on the front of mine now an thought about maybe putting composite ones off of an astro on but didn't know if they would hold up to a rough track or if i got some air.

We ran 'em on a 2500lb+ truck in some pretty rough pits and never had a problem. A freind of mine ran 'em on a slightly heavier truck, (I'd say 3500lb+) and didn't have any trouble. I had to cut some of the section area down to reduce the spring rate in my application.
